I first met Ashley when she modeled for a maternity posing workshop I was teaching. We clicked right away and I loved her natural easiness in front of the camera. From there she choose me to capture more maternity portraits as well as her newborn portraits. We sat down and planed her session; from the dress, hair and makeup, all the way to the perfect location and time. The day of the session was a little nerve wrecking because the weather threatened to storm all day. However, it couldn't have ended up any better. We stepped out of the car, and were greeted by the most beautiful sky. I all but pushed them up the hill in a hurry to capture the perfect backdrop.
We weren't disappointed! The rest of the night produced gorgeous colors and clouds.
Once baby arrived, we were able to get her in for her debut. She was the perfect little subject, and we created beautiful images and artwork that will be proudly displayed in their home for years to come.
