Jolie's momma came to me while expecting and wanted more information on a newborn photography session. We sat down together and discussed exactly what she was envisioning for her session. We also talked about a doing a maternity session that we bundle with a newborn session. Kara was able to select the perfect gown for her maternity session from our designer gown collection. These gowns are provided for all our maternity clients, and the one we found for Kara was perfect!
We started planning the location and style for the maternity session and decided that down by a branch of Lake Lewisville, near Frisco was the perfect backdrop. With location, wardrobe and time nailed down, the next step was the session. And let me tell you, Kara looked absolutely stunning. See for yourself.

During our design consultation, we also selected the colors and props for Jolie's newborn session. We have a large selection of props, outfits, and colors to choose from so we were able to find the best combinations to ensure the artwork we created would look great hanging in their home.
About a week after Jolie was born, she came to the studio (with Momma, Grandma, and big sister) for her modeling debut. She did a fantastic job and even snuck in a few smiles for me. Here are a few of the many from our newborn session:
